Calling all poets, songwriters and rappers! Our workshop leader Dale Novella is hosting The Color Challenge from now until September 23rd. Every few weeks via the Instagram account @thepoetwillbe, there will be a new challenge based on the color of our chakras (currently we are on the green round). Enter for a chance to win $30 and to be entered into a drawing for $50 certificate to Funkadelic Studios NYC!

The rules are as follows:

  1. Must create an original poem/song/rap inspired by the color of the week

  2. Must be wearing the color of the week in your video submission

  3. Post on your Instagram account tagging @thepoetwillbe and #thecolorchallenge

  4. If posting on Facebook, must post in the #thepoetwillbetelevised group

  5. Submissions must be at least 1 minute long
