Julio Galvez is a music lover, world traveler, community organizer and entrepreneur. He has over 15 years of performance experience as an internationally-recognized artist known by his stage name, The Whooligan. Julio’s commitment to philanthropy and community building is what motivated him to launch Room Service International. Using music to connect cultures and activate change, he hopes to expand RSI’s mission to live a life of service and help underserved regions all over the world. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY by way of San Francisco, CA.
