Workshop Leader

Born in the Bronx and raised across the boroughs of New York, Luisito grew up in a Dominican and religious household. Going to school in Brooklyn and attending college at the age of 20, Luisito paves a path for himself dwelling into multiple fields including DJing, Radio Podcasting, videography, and recording music. With the workings of video editing, Luisito has been able to create and assist video projects for other underground artists like himself and continues to collaborate and enhance art through software’s like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Picking up skills of DJing, Luisito has been able to perform sets involved within the creative youth program Building Beats and continues to expand beyond. Recording music also became a passion along the way and diving into different genres like trap and electronic music. Looking to help provide another platform for other artist to showcase their talents, Luisito involved himself as the host in the Building Beats Radio Show every month at Newtown Radio, a radio station in Williamsburg Brooklyn. With these skills, Luisito continues to help, create, and preform in the underground scenes of New York.
