Max Horwich

Workshop Leader

Max Horwich is a Brooklyn-based creative technologist and multimedia designer who has been making music for as long as he can remember. His work is interdisciplinary and spans (among other things) software design, video production, writing, and food, but with one foot always planted in the world of sound. He has been composing, recording, performing and DJing for over a decade under the names Sewing Machines and (more recently) N0SERV1CE, as well as under his own name. He has previously led classes and workshops on music tech, game design, and creative coding at Pratt, NYU and UCBerkeley for students of all ages.
